Prior to joining Duncan Cotterill, Gareth worked in the corporate teams of large international law firms in London and Bristol (UK).

  • Advising innovative aerospace companies Kea Aerospace and Pyper Vision on early stage capital raises.

  • Designing and implementing employee incentive schemes (ESOPs) for a range of technology companies from seed stage through to pre-IPO.

  • Advising Polar Capital LP on the acquisition of JUCY Group in a pre-pack receivership (nominated as finalist in the NZ Law Awards insolvency and restructuring category).
