Philip is an Associate in Duncan Cotterill's Nelson litigation team. He has worked across civil, family and employment-related areas of litigation for many years, and has extensive experience in the field.
Philip has appeared in numerous forums, ranging from local disciplinary meetings tribunals through to consent hearings, the Environment Court, Employment Authority and Environment court. He has been extensively involved in summary hearings and has run a number of jury trials.
Outside his work at Duncan Cotterill, Philip has been a territorial solider for over 30 years. He currently oversees the Nelson, Marlborough and West Coast area for the Second Canterbury Nelson Marlborough West Coast Regiment.
