Ayleath joined Duncan Cotterill in 2007 after several years in London working for a top five law firm, where she specialised in financial services litigation. She previously worked for a large Auckland law firm undertaking High Court litigation for a number of New Zealand’s major companies.

With a wide range of commercial litigation experience, Ayleath’s practice has included:

Obtaining injunctions and other emergency relief;

Commerce Act proceedings and large professional negligence claims;

Multi-party litigation.

Ayleath also has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and has been involved in a number of complex high value mediations.
