Welcome to Brian Nathan who has joined as Partner in the Litigation team

Brian Nathan is a new litigation partner in the Nelson office of Duncan Cotterill Lawyers.

Formerly a partner in a Christchurch law firm for nearly 10 years, Brian has a general civil litigation practice with particular emphasis on construction, property and estate litigation.

He also has extensive employment law experience and is a trained mediator.

Brian’s recent experience includes representing shareholders in dispute litigation in the High Court, acting for the homeowners and body corporate of a 48 unit apartment block leaky building case, and representing parties in restraint of trade injunction proceedings in the Employment Court.

Duncan Cotterill has five partners in Nelson and 12 lawyers. It also has offices in Christchurch, Wellington, Auckland and Sydney.
