Welcome to Juliette Derry who has joined as Partner in the Resource Management team.

Juliette Derry, who has returned to Christchurch from Sydney, has been appointed as a partner in the environmental law team of national and trans-Tasman lawyers Duncan Cotterill. She will lead the Property Projects Group which embraces large scale developments with urban planning, PPP and construction issues.

Juliette advises clients on all planning and environmental legal matters in relation to residential, commercial and industrial development, major transport projects and corporate and property transactions. She has substantial experience in conducting and advising on planning and environmental due diligence investigations.

With extensive experience in environment and planning law, Juliette has practised in New Zealand, England and Australia. In Sydney she was a partner in the property, projects and infrastructure group of Australian law firm Lander & Rogers.
