Duncan Cotterill partner featured in Who's Who

Chris Bradley, a franchise law specialist partner at Duncan Cotterill, has been singled out by internationally-based Who’s Who’s Legal for his expertise in the sector.

Bradley is recognised in the prestigious publication, The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers 2009. He is among only four New Zealand lawyers to be invited to appear in the book, which features a total of 235 international practitioners.

One of New Zealand’s well regarded commentators on franchise law, Bradley is a member of the Franchise Association of New Zealand and also the International Franchise Lawyers Association (IFLA). He also has an active company and commercial law practice.

Who’s Who Legal identifies the foremost legal practitioners around the world. Bradley said one of its greatest benefits is to minimise the transactional expense and risk of selecting poor counsel by enabling enquirers to locate a recognised specialist.
