Duncan Cotterill adds another Australian partner

Duncan Cotterill is continuing to strengthen its senior ranks in Australia with the appointment of Jill Milburn as a partner in the Sydney office.

Jill Milburn is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with particular expertise in the financial services sector. Jill acts for several major Australian and international banks, financiers and funds managers in relation to their transactional business and also their corporate structuring and compliance obligations. She also works extensively with corporate clients.

Jill began legal practice in Perth, Western Australia, and practised in London for several years before moving to Sydney in 1996. She has worked with major law firms and international corporations, including Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Kellogg, Brown & Root, and was previously a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and Thomson Playford Cutlers.
