Duncan Cotterill appoints Sydney partner

Aaron Dearden has been appointed a partner in the Sydney office of law firm Duncan Cotterill.

Aaron has extensive experience in employment law and industrial relations issues in Australia. His experience includes providing strategic advice on the implementation of workplace change, drafting employment agreements, discipline issues and preventing and responding to industrial action.

Aaron, who joined Duncan Cotterill in 2007, has practised in Australia and New Zealand. He is admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW and barrister and solicitor in New Zealand.

Duncan Cotterill has offices in Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Auckland and Sydney.
