Expansion in our Sydney office

Trans Tasman law firm Duncan Cotterill has expanded its Sydney office, with the appointment of two highly respected and experienced employment lawyers.

Ken Brotherson has been appointed a partner and Aaron Dearden a Senior Associate. Both previously worked together at Blake Dawson Waldron. Ken and Aaron have particular experience in advising and acting in workplace restructurings, the facilitating and negotiation of employment agreements, disciplinary issues, contractor issues and the management of industrial disputes.

They are both highly regarded as advocates in employment tribunals and will supplement Duncan Cotterill's commercial practice, which has been established in Sydney for the past five years.

The Sydney employment team will form part of a single trans-Tasman employment practice with Duncan Cotterill’s long established New Zealand employment team.

Duncan Cotterill also has offices in Christchurch, Auckland, Wellington and Nelson.
