Our finance and banking team has expertise in all aspects of banking and finance, including lending facilities (e.g., project, construction, property, assets, trade and consumer finance), subordinated and mezzanine financing, securities, capital raising, insolvency matters and financing litigation.
We advise a broad range of clients on all their banking and financing needs. Currently, we are acting for a number of finance companies in respect of their capital raising and lending activities and general compliance issues.
